Parish Council Repairs Church Gates

As part of a plan to improve public spaces in the parish, Broadhembury Parish Council has renovated the gates which lead into the churchyard. Bill Hammond of Luton Sawmill provided the oak for repair and a volunteer carried out the work. The gates which were probably made in the 1950’s were rotten and rusty. The PC now hopes they will last another 20 years!
